My DVR is a 16 channel EyeOnet 5216AH (Duah I think) and I really like its recording and setup features BUT the live viewer software is really bad. It simply does not work. I am looking for software I can try first, that would be a live viewer that can communicate with my DVR but not an IP viewer. Before configuring the universal CMS DVR software make sure that the DVR network configuration (IP and port) is correct, Check also the local computer. See in the example below the network configuration for the Hikvision DVR, the IP is 192.168.2.135 the computer is using IP 192.168.2.192 and therefore they are within the same range of network. Client Assistance Program (CAP) CAP can help if you have questions or problems when applying for or receiving services from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
